Ipswich Borough Council Events Team hold several internally organised outdoor events on parks and open spaces within the borough including Ipswich Music Day, Holi Festival, Mela, Windrush, One Big Multicultural Festival, Family Fun Days and Christmas Lights Switch On.

Our events range from small-scale community events to nationally recognised events that attract up to 30,000 people. Most events are free to attend, however we do hold a number of ticketed events including Adventure Cinema, Fireworks, Oktoberfest, and Open-Air Theatres.

As well as our own events, we facilitate and administer a range of externally organised events taking place on Ipswich Borough Council owned land ranging from charity runs/walks, music concerts, beer festivals and fun fairs.

Trinity Park is a large indoor and outdoor (350 acres of felexible space) award-winning events venue located just outside of Ipswich that hosts a mix of own internally run and home to a multitude of fantastic events hosted on site by a variety of external hires.

 Trinity Park Events are event management specialists and experienced in planning business and consumer functions of any size or scope from strategy meetings through to corporate awards nights and industry conferences.

 In house services include quality catering, the latest AV technology and event management staff, all enabling us to provide flexible and value for money packages.

 Conveniently located off the A12 and A14, with ample parking,Trinity Park is easily accessible from the whole of East Anglia and beyond.

 As the trading subsidiary of the Suffolk Agricultural Association who put on the iconic Suffolk Show, Trinity Park Events is committed to supporting our local community. As well as helping local charities fundraise for their own special causes, all profits from our commercial activities are ploughed back into supporting the Association’s charitable programme including conferences and education projects with schools, colleges and universities.
