Health and safety is a key part of our operations. Our staff hold Level 2 and Level 3 Environmental Health Certificates and all our catering outlets have gas safety certification. We undertake comprehensive risk assessments for COSHH, HACCP, setup, service and dismantling. All mobile kitchens and catering outlets undergo regular inspections and hold the required documentation to ensure full compliance at every event.
