Our 7th annual Event Production Show for the East of England will take place on Wednesday 7th October 2026 at the excellent Burgess Hall Events and Conference Centre in St Ives, Cambs. The conference sessions this year will include Health and Wellbeing at Events, Practical Steps to implement Vision 2030, Staffing and HR for Events, and a look at what’s ahead for event Production. We have had many great speakers at the show over the years and 2026 will be no exception. There are still a few spaces on the sessions to fill so please contact us if you are interested in joining one of the panels.

The Exhibiting information and application form for 2026 stands is at EAFN26 | EAFN. Please get your applications in early as we had a record number of exhibitors last year and we have already had applications from new suppliers for 2026. The great news is that we have yet again capped the Exhibition Space fees to the same price they were when we started in 2018! On top of that our EAFN members get a massive 20% discount.

We are also putting together some great entertainment for you once again. There will be the usual mix of entertainment stands, walkabouts and the popular lunchtime music showcase of some of our best local singer songwriters.

EAFN26 is being held at the Burgess Hall in the beautiful Riverport town of St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

Burgess Hall Events & Conference Centre is the premier entertainment, events and conferencing venue in Huntingdonshire. The venue is located just 20 minutes from Cambridge, situated close to the A14, A1 and M11. There’s a free on-site car park and excellent local transport links. Fully air conditioned, this versatile venue boasts over 11,000 square feet split over 4 main areas, with fully licensed bars and excellent onsite catering, it really is the perfect venue for any event. The venue also benefits from a raised stage with professional sound and lighting system, roof mounted screens and projectors with long through lenses. The attached leisure centre also has great facilities including swimming, gym, bowling and a cafe. There’s also plenty of accommodation and attractions in and around this lovely market town if you plan to stay.

EAFN26 is free to attend for event organisers, venue owners, venue managers, event suppliers, event managers and operations or logistics managers working in the event sector and anyone else interested in connecting with our region’s event industry.
