Tonic Music

A registered charity establishing good mental health within music communities, by providing free mental health support tailored for music professionals and music fans. These programmes consist of online therapy sessions, peer groups, skills workshops and training courses, all facilitated by qualified mental health practitioners with significant experience working in music. Each programme also includes bespoke mental health resources, which Tonic Music provides to music venues, studios and retailers. Alongside this, Tonic Music provides mental health lounges, both front-of-house and backstage, at festivals, gigs and other music events across the UK.
